Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for quality tracking and improvement activities after product launch;
2. Connect with sales, after-sales and other departments to obtain feedback on quality issues from relevant channels, analyze and categorize the issues, and form a quality improvement plan;
3. Promote research and development, factories, suppliers, etc. to promptly address and closed-loop problem points;
4. Responsible for organizing the calibration of inspection and measuring tools at the headquarters.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, with at least 5 years of quality management work experience;
2. Familiar with LED quality standards for consumer products;
3. Having experience in quality customer service, familiar with customer complaint handling processes, able to independently track problems, lead analysis, rectification, and verification, have 8D thinking to solve problems, proficient in analyzing tools and techniques, and experience in using QC 7 major techniques, 5whys, 8D&CAR report logic report response;
4. Good at communicating with clients and internal teams, positive and optimistic, with strong pressure resistance, and a calm and clear mindset in handling affairs.
